Professor Tzipi Strauss, MD, MPH, is a pediatrician, neonatologist, and Professor at Tel Aviv University, and a graduate of the Harvard School of Public Health. After many years directing the Department of Neonatology at Sheba Medical Center, she founded and now directs the Sheba Healthy Longevity Center – the first evidence-based healthy longevity medicine center established within a public academic hospital. Prof. Strauss brings a distinctive life-course perspective to medicine, grounded in the understanding that aging does not begin in old age but is shaped from the earliest stages of development. Her work advances a shift toward proactive, preventive, and personalized care across the lifespan, and she is building a global framework connecting pediatrics, prevention, and aging science. A speaker at the World Economic Forum in Davos on the democratization of longevity, she is committed to making evidence-based longevity medicine accessible through the public hospital model..
