Dr Flavio Cabitza is President since 2013 of the Association for the Protection of the Rights of the population of Sardinia. He is President since 2016 of the Association for the Protection of the Identity of the populations of Ogliastra Region (Nuoro area) and of of Barbagia (mountains in the center of Sardinia); this Association obtained from the Italian Cassazione Court the right for the control of the DNA of the local populations, as confirmed later through an Italian Decree. He is President since 2019 of the Foundation for the Protection of the Identity of populations of Ogliastra Region and of Barbagia; this Foundation controls the Association created in 2016. He is also actively involved in Comunità Mondiale della Longevità, Italy.
