Dr Abigail Goshen, PhD, Chief Scientific and Innovation Officer, Sheba Longevity, Sheba Medical Center
Dr. Abigail Goshen is the Chief Scientific and Innovation Officer at the Sheba Longevity Center. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Molecular Biology and Nutritional Science and completed a clinical dietitian internship at rehabilitation hospitals. Dr. Goshen earned her M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine from Tel Aviv University.
Her research focuses on aging epidemiology, particularly predictors of frailty, cognitive decline, and successful aging in older adults. She is an expert in designing large population cohorts and developing computerized models for early detection of frailty and predicting adverse outcomes. Her work spans epidemiology, gerontology, longevity, and public health.
